Whenever Michigan Tech receives a report of sex/gender based discrimination, harassment and/ or sexual misconduct, the campus Title IX Coordinator is notified. The University will react to violations of the policy through a number of paths, informally and/or formally, using the aim of educating all events included.

Procedure
